Kids center changed my life in 2021.
In June 2021 my mama got a call that I needed a home to come and stay for a while. My head had been hurt & my doctors said they weren’t sure if I’d ever walk or talk. But my mama was a Peds PT and she knew all the right people. On day 2 I met my PT Ms.Jamie & they knew I was a feisty one. I started therapies right away and have been treated by several incredible therapists. I have seen PT (Ms. Lynn & Jamie), OT (Ms. Twitty) Speech (for language and feeding with McKenzie, Emily & Theresa), nutrition (Traci) and my ortho doctor (Dr. Jacks) at Kids Center for the past 3 years. And look at me now!! Very soon I will be adopted into my forever family & I am now walking and talking non-stop. I am sassy, strong & a fighter. Kids center has helped me defy the odds and meet so many goals!
